Privacy Policy
Arora Refractories collects only the information you voluntarily provide through our enquiry forms, WhatsApp chats or email — typically your name, contact number, company name and product requirement.
This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and provide technical support. We do not sell, rent or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Any data shared with our channel partners (Calderys India Refractories Ltd. or Morgan Thermal Ceramics) is limited strictly to what is necessary for fulfilling your specific product enquiry, with your consent.

Disclaimer
All technical data presented on this website — including Al₂O₃%, CCS (Kg/cm²), R.U.L (Ta°C) and PLC values — pertains to machine-pressed standard bricks and materials in compliance with applicable testing standards. These are typical approximate guide values and not to be construed as a binding specification.
Grade recommendations generated by our online Refractory Grade Selector tool are indicative starting points based on general industry application data, and must be confirmed with our technical team before procurement, especially for critical or custom lining applications.
Arora Refractories is not liable for lining failures arising from incorrect installation, deviation from recommended configuration, or use outside stated service temperature limits.

Quality Assurance Policy
Since 1977, Arora Refractories has maintained strict quality control across our manufactured Pre-Cast Pre-Fired (PCPF) blocks and traded refractory products. Our in-house facility — including a batch-type heating furnace, pan mixers and table vibrators — ensures controlled casting, mixing and curing at every stage.
Products sourced from our channel partners, Calderys India Refractories Ltd. and Morgan Thermal Ceramics, carry their respective manufacturer quality certifications and batch testing documentation, available on request.
We stand behind the technical recommendations provided by our team, backed by our founder's 50+ years of hands-on refractory design and application experience.

Warranty & Returns
Manufacturing defects in Arora Refractories' own PCPF products, or in channel-partner products still within their original sealed packaging, are eligible for replacement — please report any defect within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and batch details.
Custom-cast or made-to-order PCPF blocks, once manufactured to a client's specific drawing/dimensions, are non-returnable except in case of manufacturing defect.
Returns are not applicable for products that have been installed, cured, or exposed to heat, since refractory materials cannot be re-used once fired or lined. Please contact our technical team before installation if you have any specification concerns.
